Intercala was founded with the aim of modernising property management services, promoting a more transparent, efficient, and approachable way of working with all residents. To achieve this, we provide a large part of our services through a secure digital platform, accessible via a personalised password, allowing each owner to consult their community’s information conveniently at any time. At the same time, we keep our offices open and available to all residents who prefer face-to-face assistance, firmly believing that human interaction remains a fundamental pillar of our services.

About us

José Luis Navarro Rosado is a practicing lawyer and a community administrator, representing Intercala Administradores, S.L., registered under number 274 in the College of Administrator de Málaga and Melilla. For over 25 years, he has been managing properties with the goal of providing comprehensive advisory services to community of owners. The offices are located in La Cala de Mijas-Costa and in the Reserva del Higuerón Urbanization in Benalmádena.
